One of the chief breakdowns in the LED-making process is binning. Binning is essentially a sorting process to assure the output color of the LED's consistently match. Many manufacturers bin (or sort) their products only once during the manufacturering process. We inspect and bin three times at different points during the manufacturing process using different methods to assure the strictest tolerances are maintained. The result is unwavering color consistency. We offer the tightest binning tolerances in the industry. Also, our LED's and products are tested to IES standards (LM-79 & LM-80 Certified). Further, our LED’s are tested in hi-temp/hi-humidity operating conditions to to assure rigorous performance reliability standards,
